Last updated: 4th June 2026 ·  Operator: Abundafy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how artificial intelligence technologies may be used within services provided by Abundafy.

2. AI Providers

Services may utilise technologies supplied by OpenAI, Anthropic or other approved AI providers.

3. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or outdated. Users must independently verify outputs before relying on them.

4. No Professional Advice

AI-generated outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax or regulatory advice. Users should seek qualified professional advice where required.

5. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for decisions, publications, marketing campaigns, communications and business actions based on AI-generated outputs.

6. AI Training

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • We do not intentionally use customer information to train our own proprietary artificial intelligence models;
  • Customer information may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers utilised in delivering the services;
  • Such processing is governed by the applicable terms, privacy policies and contractual commitments of those providers.

Customers should not assume that third-party providers are subject to the same policies as Abundafy.

7. Data Minimisation

We are committed to collecting and retaining only the information reasonably necessary to provide our services.

As part of our standard service offerings, we do not intentionally retain customer prompts, AI conversations, audio transcripts or call recordings beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide requested services unless retention is required for service delivery, troubleshooting, legal compliance, customer request or a separately agreed service configuration.

8. Prohibited Uses

Users must not use AI services to violate laws, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, generate unlawful content, impersonate others, mislead recipients or circumvent platform policies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy periodically.
