Subscription & Billing Terms

1. Application

These Subscription & Billing Terms apply to recurring subscriptions, retainers, software access plans, managed services and ongoing service arrangements offered by Abundafy.

2. Subscription Periods

Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly, annual or governed by custom contractual terms. The applicable billing cycle will be disclosed before purchase.

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, the customer authorises recurring charges using the nominated payment method.

4. Fees

Fees are displayed or agreed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are exclusive of taxes, payable in advance and subject to future adjustment upon reasonable notice.

5. Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider.

6. Failed Payments

Where payment fails, we may retry payment, suspend services, restrict access or terminate services after reasonable notice.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation does not entitle the customer to refunds for current billing periods, completed service periods or services already delivered.

8. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees, setup fees and professional services fees are non-refundable.

9. Chargebacks

Customers should contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in service suspension or legal recovery action.

10. Service Changes

We may modify services, add or remove features, adjust pricing or update service structure where reasonably necessary for business operations.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
